PRIVATE/PRO SKI WEEK’S AT SKIERS LODGE:

The “Private/pro” week is custom made for a group of friends that wish
to ski with less than 3 clients per guide and have their own group all exclusive.

Private/Pro is built for skiers who want to move fast and push into steeper, more exposed terrain — with a lower guest-to-guide ratio to match. A smaller group gives your guide the freedom to make sharper calls on the fly, whether that means rope ascents, longer exposed ski touring, or technical climbs, depending on the risk and seriousness of the route.

When conditions in La Grave aren’t ideal, our minibuses take us to any of ten neighboring resorts, each with its own microclimate — just 25 minutes to an hour away. Your guide may lead you to secret off-piste spots in La Grave, Alpe d’Huez, Vaujany, Serre Chevalier, Montgenèvre, Claviere, Sestriere, and Puy-Saint-Vincent, with their steeps, deeps and marvelous trees.

A day or two of ski touring may also be on the table during your stay, if your guide sees the opportunity.

The Private/Pro options
These groups need to be formed in advanced by the guests who wish to book!

Option 1: Based on 1 Guide to 3 Clients Ratio.
Option 2: Based on 1 Guide to 2 Clients Ratio.
Option 3: Based on 1 Guide to 1 Clients Ratio.

Note: Accommodation is provided by S.A.R.L. Hôtel des Alpes.
Guiding is provided by Skiers Lodge Guide Service.
Each booking is invoiced separately.

Price: Accommodation:

110€. per pesron per night sharing accommodation.
50€. per person per night for single room accommodation.
770€. per person for 7 nights sharing accommodation.
1120€. per person for 7 night in single room accommodation.

Price: Guiding:

Option 1: Based on 1 Guide to 3 Clients Ratio.
The guide fee price is 515€. per day and group of 3 friends based on 1 guide to 3 client ratio.

Option 2: Based on 1 Guide to 2 Clients Ratio.
The guide fee price is 515€. per day and group of 2 friends based on 1 guide to 4 client ratio.

Option 3: Based on 1 Guide to 1 Clients Ratio.
The guide fee price is 515€. per day and group of 1 based on 1 guide to 1 client ratio.

Terms & Conditions

Insurance

Valid travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please check that your policy covers emergency medical evacuation, repatriation, and trip cancellation or interruption due to illness or injury.

A Carte Neige or a valid UK EHIC generally covers on-snow accident costs within the La Grave – La Meije domain, where mountain rescue is free of charge. If you ski outside this domain (e.g. Alpe d’Huez, Serre Chevalier, Montgenevre), off-piste insurance is recommended and can usually be added to your lift pass.

Payment

A deposit of €300 per person is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

By reserving your place, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Once we receive your booking, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete your deposit or balance by card.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following:

4–6 weeks	50% of total price
2–4 weeks	75% of total price
Less than 2 weeks	100% of total price

6 days of guiding per week with a certified mountain guide (guiding starts on Sunday)
Local ground transportation in La Grave and to other ski areas (minibus)
Use of avalanche transceiver, harness, shovel, backpack and helmet

Not included:
